RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Change you mind? Not a problem. We accept change of mind returns within 30 days from the delivery date, please send unopened, with original packaging to:

Please include your name, order number. Returns accepted should be in unopened, unused condition. Returns that meet these criteria will be refunded the full purchase price.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost for change of mind refunds.
DEFECTIVE
Should your item arrive defective, please email sales@ballbrands.com.au, and include the following information:
Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
Your name, address, and defective product
Whether you would like a refund or exchange.
If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.All products are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse with Australia Post every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (same day shipping cut off 12pm)
Standard Post: $9.99, or FREE with minimum purchase of $75
Express Post: $14.99 , FREE for all orders over $150

If our gear fails to deliver, we will fully stand behind that product. If it fails to deliver on its one thousand and first wearing, we would consider that "reasonable wear and tear." Rather than shutting the door on returns after 30 days, we prefer to be flexible and judge each situation individually.

If your item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we will supply a prepaid return label. Please note we do not supply a prepaid return label for change-of-mind
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Ball Brands Pty Ltd. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
